Sales Representative

Champlain Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of the Desjardins Automobile Group, is looking for a Sales consultant with experience with the Chrysler brand, to join our team on Wellington Street in Verdun, Montreal!

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in automotive retail
- Assist customers in finding the vehicle that meet their needs and preferences
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
- Analyze customer preferences and buying trends to make recommendations
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and sales records
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries or concerns
