Body Shop Manager / Estimator

A well-established auto body repair company in Montreal is currently seeking an experienced Bodywork Manager / Estimator to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare repair estimates based on assessed damage (Audatex / Mitchell);
    • Manage insurance claims and communicate with claims adjusters;
    • Oversee daily workshop operations;
    • Plan and monitor production to meet delivery deadlines;
    • Greet and advise customers professionally;
    • Ensure quality control of repairs performed;
    • Manage parts orders and maintain supplier relationships;
    • Contribute to achieving the shop’s profitability goals.

Desired Profile:

    • Experience in auto body management and estimating;
    • Proficiency in estimating software (Audatex, Mitchell);
    • Knowledge of insurance procedures;
    • Leadership skills and ability to manage a team;
    • Excellent customer communication skills.
