Job description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Mechanic/ Workshop Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, good leadership abilities, and excellent knowledge of European vehicles.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as an automotive Mechanic or Technician;
- Excellent skills in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electronic issues;
- Experience as a team leader, lead mechanic, or supervisor is preferred;
- Proficiency with repair software and workshop management systems;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform all mechanical repairs and daily maintenance;
- Assist the team with complex diagnostics and troubleshooting;
- Supervise repairs to ensure the accuracy of the work and compliance with safety standards;
- Mentor, train, and supervise workshop employees;
- Contribute to the coordination of work and the smooth operation of the workshop;
- Interact professionally with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and service follow-ups;
- Ensure that all work is performed according to high standards of quality and safety.
