Here's what you'll deliver:
- Generating leads, prospecting and booking appointments for potential customers.
- Understanding customers' needs and consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations.
- Selling and leasing vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.
- Providing exceptional service to visiting customers.
- Building long-lasting relationships and repeat customers.
- Answering customer service phone calls relating to sales inquiries.
- Ensuring vehicle quotes are competitive and reasonable.
- Keeping customers updated as to the progress of their vehicle's delivery and pick-up.
- Learning and maintaining product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and rebate, finance and incentive programs.
- Other duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 1-3 Years of automotive sales experience is an asset
- OMVIC Certification is required.
- Dealer CRM system experience is an asset
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.
- Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
- Well-spoken, friendly and articulate.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected annual earnings): $50,000 - $100,000 per year. This is a commission based role. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.
Minimum earnings: In accordance with the Employment Standards Act, commission-paid employees will be paid at least the applicable Ontario minimum wage for all hours worked. Any minimum-wage top-up paid may be reconciled quarterly in accordance with the compensation plan.
