This Automotive Service Technician (310S) role exists to keep Thunder Bay drivers and fleets safe, reliable, and on the road-every accurate diagnosis and quality repair protects someone's day, livelihood, and schedule.
PAY & SIGNING BONUS

Key responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and correctly across maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work
- Lead with strong electrical troubleshooting when needed
- Use diagnostic scanners and professional repair tools to confirm faults and verify repairs
- Manage time and output effectively in a performance-based pay environment
- Deliver consistent, detail-driven workmanship with minimal supervision
Required qualifications/skills:
- 310S Licensed Automotive Technician
- Strong electrical diagnostic ability
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanners and automotive repair tools
- Professional attitude and pride in doing it right the first time

How Your Day Flows
You'll work onsite in Thunder Bay, Ontario (P7C 3S1) on a steady Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM, no weekends). Your day is built around clear workflow: you pull in, review what's lined up, and settle into focused bay time with the tools and scan data you need close at hand. Expect a mix of straightforward services and the occasional "figure-it-out" electrical concern that rewards calm, methodical thinking. You'll close out jobs by confirming results, keeping your workspace organized, and setting up the next morning for a clean start.
Training
