At Preferred Auto & Fleet Service (Thunder Bay), we're adding a licensed technician to our team.

We have a strong base of work and a growing operation - and we're looking for a productive, experienced tech who wants to stay busy, earn well, and focus on doing quality work.

PAY & SIGNING BONUS
 

• $85,000 - $130,000+ annual earning potential
• Performance-based pay structure (earn based on productivity)
• Full-time, steady hours
• Strong earning potential for efficient technicians

$10,000 Signing Bonus:
 

• $3,000 after 30 days
• $3,000 after 90 days
• $4,000 after 180 days

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
 

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Handling a mix of maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work
• Completing work to a high standard
• Maintaining steady productivity throughout the day

• 310S Licensed Automotive Technician (required)
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical is a big asset)
• Productive and efficient with your time
• Takes pride in doing the job right the first time
• Professional attitude - no ego, no drama
