Service Manager-Budds' Group

The Budds' Group of Companies is a family owned and operated business, selling and servicing luxury vehicles in Oakville since 1973. Our motto is, "the family business that service built." 

We are looking to fill a service manager vacancy within the group. 

Your responsibilities will be to ensure our clients are well looked after and our team is motivated. There are many metrics by which to measure success, but service retention and satisfaction rank among the top metrics. We've been a very successful operation and we're looking for a candidate who can maintain our high standards, while making the incremental improvements that a fresh set of eyes can bring. 

What we need from you
 

• 5 years of relevant management experience
• PBS experience preferred but not required
• verifiable positive performance within our industry
• a positive attitude and the ability to motivate our staff
• a willingness to foster a positive relationship with all departments
• strong communication skills and the necessary soft skills required for luxury clients
• you must be well organized
• stay up to date with all factory programs, updates, recalls, etc.
