Diesel Mechanic

Accessoires Outillage Limitée is a mechanical company specializing in the manufacturing and maintenance of street sweepers, with facilities located in Montréal and Laval. We are a growing organization looking to add talented individuals to our team.

We are currently looking to welcome a Mechanic to help meet the growing demand for vehicle manufacturing and maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Repair and maintain street sweepers;
    • Support the upkeep and maintenance of other types of heavy vehicles;
    • Carry out the preventive maintenance program (PM) for machinery;
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks and clean equipment;
    • Diagnose mechanical issues with equipment and proceed with necessary repairs;
    • Repair, replace, or adjust defective parts or components;
    • Complete reports related to your work;
    • Respond to mechanical service calls and perform required repairs at client sites;
    • Assemble street sweepers;
    • Prepare inspection, maintenance, and work reports, noting details in work orders.

Desired profile:

    • 3 years or more in a similar role;
    • Ability to read technical diagrams and exploded views;
    • Proficiency in diesel mechanics and hydraulic systems;
    • Rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
    • Positive, professional, solution-oriented attitude;
    • Valid driver’s licence.
