Your Schedule:
• Monday to Thursday : 12 :00 – 20 :00;
• Friday : 10 :00 – 18 :00.
Main Responsibilities:
• Management of internal work orders for new and pre-owned vehicles;
• Preparation and follow-up of estimates;
• Monitoring of used vehicle reconditioning;
• Preparing parts for required work;
• Managing next-day availability of the courtesy fleet;
• Managing Service Connect alerts;
• Following up with no-show customers;
• Managing recall lists;
Your strengths:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Proficiency in computer tools and telephone management;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Bilingualism: excellent communication skills in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
