Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Montreal - Du Havre
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with Fridays off
Pay: $46.03 per hour

Learn more about the role:
The incumbent performs all body repair, welding, dent removal, and painting work on various types of company vehicles, including the repair and installation of body accessories. The body repair and paint technician also performs lettering tasks on the Énergir vehicle fleet.
Occasionally, this person may also be called upon to perform estimates, repairs, and installations of bodywork accessories directly at other Énergir business offices (Greater Montreal only).
This person is also expected to act as a bodywork assistant to perform repair, modification, and/or interior fit-up work.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience as a dent remover/body repair technician (required);
• Experience working with water-based paint (a plus);
• Experience in chassis straightening;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of Mitchell estimation software (a plus);
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (required);
• Ability to wear respiratory protection and comply with respiratory protection program requirements.

Training
• A vocational diploma (DVS) in auto body repairs or any other training deemed equivalent or superior (required);
• A skill card from the CPA for the position of auto Body Technician (preferred).
