The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our South Centre Volkswagen team!

About the role:
- Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to total customer loyalty and follow up!
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Greet incoming customers and generate work orders as per repair order
- Check vehicle for applicable warranty
- Follow proper paper procedure for service department
- Phone Customers with proper estimates for both required and recommended work
- Recommend appropriate needed repairs and maintenance
- Answer phones and give information as required
- Contact Customers and resolve complaints as required
- Liaise with service personnel for daily shop carry over
- Follow up phone calls - notify Customer when vehicle is ready
- Review invoices with Customer at time of pickup
- Call back customers in a timely manner to check on satisfaction with repair
Qualifications:
- 2 years Service Advising experience
- Valid AB driver's license and a clean & current driver's abstract
