Customer Service Representative (Seasonal - Full-Time)
Location: Whitehorse, Yukon

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and manage check-in and check-out of RV rentals
- Clearly explain RV features and answer questions
- Perform basic quality checks on units before departure and upon return
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner
- Complete basic administrative tasks and transactions
Who This Role Is For
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, tourism, etc.)
- Are confident communicating in English
- Enjoy helping people and creating a positive experience
- Are friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages like German or Dutch are an asset)
- Positive attitude and professional approach with customers
- Ability to stay organized and multitask
