As Parts Manager, you will play a key role in the profitability and fluidity of internal operations:
- Analyze monthly sales, expense and inventory reports to meet financial targets;
- Maintain a balanced inventory adapted to the needs of the various departments (workshop, body shop, sales, wholesale and retail customers);
- Provide exemplary service to both external customers and internal colleagues;
- Foster communication and team spirit across all departments;
- Optimize internal processes to support company growth.
Profile:
- Relevant experience in a parts management role in an automotive dealership;
- Strong organizational, leadership and team motivation skills;
- Professionalism, sense of responsibility and results orientation;
- Valid driver's license.
