Customer Service Representative (Seasonal - Full-Time or Part Time)
Location: Cookstown, Ontario

What You'll Do

 

• Welcome customers at pickup and drop off
• Explain RV features in a simple and friendly way
• Help with rental questions and information
• Complete paperwork with customers
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Check in returning RVs
• Support other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

 

• Customer service experience is helpful (not required)
• Friendly and enjoys working with people
• Able to work on your own and stay organized
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work weekends
• German or Dutch is an asset

Working Conditions

 

• Work indoors and outdoors
• May include weekends and busy periods
• Fast-paced, customer-facing role
• Standing for extended periods

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
