Regional Sales Representative - Automotive & Industrial Paints

CARWORX DISTRIBUTION INC., a leader in Automotive Refinishes for over 25 years, head office located in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, is seeking a Regional Sales Director in Quebec. The ideal candidate will target the automotive paints and industrial markets for our Automotive Refinishes & Paint products within Quebec.

Knowledge of automotive paints and industrial products is an asset. The ideal candidate must meet the required qualifications listed below, be motivated, organized and a team player.

*Travel is required (approx 25%).*

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales growth strategies in the Quebec territory;
- Manage and develop lasting relationships with key regional accounts;
- Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in various sectors;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of pricing, offers, and customer needs;
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets;
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies;
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management;
- Proven track record of revenue growth and new customer acquisition;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage a territory;
- Bilingualism (French/English) required;
- Experience in automotive paints, industrial products, or related fields (an asset);
- Organizational skills, dynamism, and a team spirit;
- Valid car and driver's licence.
