Job description
Auto Primo, a well-established automotive dealership in Laval with over 250 vehicles in inventory, is currently looking for an Automotive Painter to join its team.
We offer a stable, structured, and high-volume work environment, ideal for a professional looking to perform, grow, and work on a variety of vehicles.
Responsibilities – Automotive Painter:
-Prepare vehicle surfaces prior to painting (sanding, cleaning, repairing dents and imperfections)
-Mask and protect sensitive areas (tape, plastic, coverings)
-Select paint colors and materials according to manufacturer standards
-Use paint mixing systems and equipment
-Apply paint using spray guns while meeting quality standards
-Ensure a smooth, uniform, and professional finish
-Perform final quality control (color, texture, finish)
-Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive painting
-CPA certification or bodywork training (an asset)
-Valid driver’s license
-Strong attention to detail and quality control
-Autonomous and efficient
-Team player
