Location: 726 Rocky Lake Drive, Bedford, Nova Scotia
Full-Time Seasonal | April to October 2026
Wage: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on RV or related experience)

Join Fraserway RV as an RV Experience Specialist, a customer-facing role designed as a clear pathway into a Sales Consultant career. You'll support customers at delivery, build product knowledge, and gain real dealership experience.
What You'll Do
Customer Experience
- Walk customers through RV features and safe operation
- Ensure customers feel confident before departure
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional service
Unit Preparation & Coordination
- Work with Service and Rentals to ensure units are ready
- Position and present RVs for delivery
- Inspect units and report any concerns
Lot & Dealership Support
- Assist with lot organization and showroom setup
- Support unit movement and coordination across teams
Detailing & General Support
- Assist with cleaning and preparing RVs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support overall team operations
What You Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience is an asset
Work Environment
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Physically active role (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, moving units)
- Shift work, including evenings and weekends
- Overtime may be required during peak season
