Service Advisor Prince George, BC Dealership

Looking for a stable, hands-on role where you can work with people and stay busy throughout the day?

We're hiring a full-time, regular Service Advisor for our Prince George, BC dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and being part of a hardworking team.

What You'll Do

You'll be the main contact for customers bringing in their RVs for service. Your role is to keep things organized and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish:

 

  • Welcome customers and understand their service needs
  • Book and manage service appointments
  • Create clear work orders for technicians
  • Keep customers updated on timelines and progress
  • Work closely with the service team to keep jobs on track
  • Provide estimates and explain recommended work
  • Close work orders and ensure accurate billing


What You Bring

 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
  • Experience in RV, automotive, trades, or service environments is an asset, but not required.


Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license


Competitive pay $23.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience
