Sales Representative

Job description:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire purchasing process, from the initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities:

- Greet and advise customers in the showroom and online;
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles;
- Conduct test drives with customers;
- Presenting the features and benefits of vehicles;
- Preparing and presenting sales offers;
- Following up with prospects (calls, emails, CRM);
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Collaborating with the F&I department to finalize transactions;
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales (automotive – a plus);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Positive attitude, energy, and motivation;
- Results-oriented;
- Ability to work as a team;
- Bilingual (French/English).
