Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial & Insurance Manager. You will be responsible for maximizing the profitability of financing applications while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Present and explain financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers;
- Prepare, structure, and finalize credit applications;
- Negotiate with financial institutions to secure the best approvals;
- Ensure applications comply with legal and lender standards;
- Offer and sell complementary products (extended warranties, insurance, protection plans, etc.);
- Maximize profitability per transaction (F&I products);
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with clients and financial partners;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate closely with the sales team.
