Groupe ALBI le Géant is currently looking for an Internal Service Advisor for its ALBI Nissan Repentigny dealership.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze Technicians’ requests and estimate necessary repairs;
- Prepare quotes and obtain approval for work from internal customers;
- Plan and coordinate service calls with the mechanical shop;
- Ensure smooth communication between the technical department and internal customers;
- Track cases and guarantee exceptional customer service!
- And of course, all other related tasks to ensure 5-star service.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Experience in customer service and/or mechanics (a big plus!);
- Strong organizational skills and a team player;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Proactive attitude and a desire to get involved.

Training
- Vocational Diploma in automotive maintenance and repair technical consulting (preferred).
