ALBI le Géant is seeking Follow-up Agents to support customer retention and the renewal of auto contracts. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable on the phone, customer-service oriented, and performance-driven, working in a structured and collaborative environment.
Job description:
Working closely with Sales Managers, the follow-up agent contacts existing customers to present tailored opportunities and generate qualified appointments at the dealership.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact existing ALBI Group customers;
- Present renewal offers and opportunities;
- Schedule and confirm appointments at dealerships;
- Document customer needs and information in internal systems;
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
Desired profile:
- Experience in customer service (call center, sales, reception, or similar);
- Comfortable with outbound calls and telephone communication;
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and customer service-oriented;
- No automotive experience required (training and support provided).
Working conditions:
- Permanent, full-time position, onsite in Mascouche;
- Flexible day and evening schedule (until 7:00 PM at the latest) and some Saturdays;
- Commission-based compensation: $50,000 to $100,000+ per year, depending on performance;
