Daily Tasks:
Your Responsibilities, Your Path to Success:
- Greet customers and build a relationship of trust by demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Help customers choose the vehicle that meets their needs;
- Explain the performance, operation, and benefits of the products;
- Present available optional equipment and its benefits;
- Offer test drives, adhering to safety protocols and dealership guidelines;
- Inspect sold vehicles before delivery to customers;
- Deliver motorcycles to customers, explaining their features, warranty, and necessary documentation;
- Introduce customers to the after-sales service team to highlight the quality of repairs and maintenance;
- Follow up with customers within 36 to 48 hours after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues;
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities;
- Effectively use the dealership’s customer tracking and development systems;
- Present yourself professionally and represent the brand with pride;
- Perform other related tasks as needed and as directed by management.
The ideal candidate:
- Fluency in French (spoken and written);
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently;
- Interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy;
- Valid motorcycle driver’s license;
- Solid knowledge of the motorcycle industry;
- Customer-oriented: ability to provide personalized, high-quality service;
- Perseverance, thoroughness, and attention to detail;
- Initiative and ability to meet sales targets.
