Parts Clerk

Groupe Duclos is looking for a Parts Clerk for its Longueuil location.

The automotive Parts Clerk is responsible for greeting customers at the counter, answering the phone, locating parts requested by customers, and informing them of costs and availability. The candidate must handle billing, arrange for parts pickup, and receive payment. The clerk must provide excellent customer service at all times (for both technicians and external customers).

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality customer service over the phone and at the counter;
- Ensure that customers and technicians are served promptly;
- Communicate with customers as needed to resolve their issues as quickly as possible;
- Have knowledge of the Serti computer system (an asset).
