Job opening - Service Advisor - permanent position.
As part of our growing team under the supervision of the department manager, the successful candidate will primarily coordinate the management of internal appointments and customer service.
In addition to these duties, they will welcome customers and gather the necessary information to identify and determine their vehicle’s repair and maintenance needs.
Main responsibilities:
• Open and close internal and customer work orders;
• Provide the correct information to the workshop technician responsible for the vehicle;
• Communicate with the customer throughout the process to keep them informed of the progress of work being performed on their vehicle;
• Explain the nature of the work performed and all associated costs to customers;
• Build a relationship of trust with customers;
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of mechanics;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to suggest, advise on, and sell additional maintenance services to customers;
• Patient, calm, and a team player;
• Computer skills; Serti is a major asset;
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
