Service Advisor - Saint-Basile

Olivier Hyundai St-Basile is looking for a Service Advisor to join its existing team!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring high-quality customer service;
- Maintain rigorous follow-up on customer files;
- Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role;
- Experience with Serti software (a plus);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Sales skills.
