Senior Accounting Clerk

As a Senior Accounting Clerk, you will be at the heart of our administrative and financial activities. You will work closely with management and have the opportunity to take on varied and challenging responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities:

- Maintain complete bookkeeping records;
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations;
- Manage accounts payable and receivable;
- Prepare government remittances (GST/QST, DAS, etc.);
- Participate in month-end closing and the preparation of financial statements;
- Analyze and validate financial data to ensure accuracy;
- Optimize existing accounting processes;
- Effectively use CoStar software in day-to-day management.

The profile we are looking for:

- Solid accounting experience;
- Excellent command of the full accounting cycle;
- Experience with CoStar software (a major asset);
- High degree of autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Analytical mindset and a constant drive for improvement.
