Parts Advisor

Valleyfield Toyota is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join its dynamic and professional team. If you are passionate about customer service and the automotive industry, this opportunity is for you!

Daytime schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Greet, assist, and advise customers
Promote sale items and new products
Sell parts at the counter, over the phone, and to the service department
Prepare orders and provide parts to customers
Process billing and invoices
Contact customers when ordered parts are received
Manage and organize inventory
Ensure parts are stored in the proper locations
Prepare and coordinate deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Inspect returned parts and process customer credits

Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Training in automotive parts (an asset)
Knowledge of SERTI software
Strong customer service skills and team spirit
Organized and detail-oriented
