Assistant Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles (Desk Manager)

Lombardi Honda, a major dealership in Montreal that is newly renovated and has 3 interior showrooms, is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (Desk Manager) to complement its pre-owned vehicles sales team!

Tasks:

- Supervising a team of 7 Sales Representatives, under the Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager’s supervision;
- Meeting with each client and assisting Sales Representatives during the sales process to finalize each transaction;
- Maximizing each transaction with Sales Representatives;
- Motivating the team;
- Being present in the showroom to ensure its proper functioning;
- Performing any other related duties, as required by the Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager.

Required profile:

- Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
- Leadership;
- Professional.
