Job description
Ville-Marie Kia is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team.
As Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the department’s performance. You will support the Sales Manager while remaining actively involved in sales, mentoring the team, and contributing directly to results.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Sales Manager:
- Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day management of the department;
- Mentor, motivate, and support the team of sales consultants;
- Actively participate in sales (customer reception, closing deals, follow-ups);
- Ensure that individual and team sales targets are met;
- Ensure the quality of the customer experience;
- Manage customer follow-ups and maximize business opportunities;
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the showroom and identify their needs;
- Present vehicles and conduct test drives;
- Advise customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales;
- Ensure customer follow-ups (before, during, and after the sale);
- Develop and maintain a loyal customer base;
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets;
- Update customer records in the CRM;
- Actively participate in promotions and sales events.
Desired Profile:
- Solid experience in automotive sales;
- Excellent closing and negotiation skills;
- Management or leadership experience;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Results-oriented and customer service-focused;
- Valid driver’s licence.
