Your area of focus.

As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in curating an exceptional service experience for customers who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership. You will act as a trusted guide, managing appointments, communicating repairs, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

This position is perfect for candidates who want to excel in a dealership environment, grow their service advisory career, and take advantage of hands-on mentorship and training opportunities

What drives your day-to-day?
 

  • Greet customers and discuss their vehicle service needs with professionalism and empathy
  • Estimate costs and time required for a wide range of repairs, including labor, materials, and supplies
  • Prepare clear and accurate repair orders detailing vehicle problems or symptoms
  • Connect customers to the right technicians and follow through on service requests
  • Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs are completed to standard
  • Maintain automotive records and ensure accurate customer communication
  • Respond to inquiries in person, online, or by phone
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, multi-service environment while prioritizing customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to grow your skills and career


What are the must-haves...
 

  • Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required
  • CDK experience is an asset
  • Automotive knowledge
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
