Job description
Fix Auto Henri-Bourassa East is currently seeking a Parts Clerk to join its team. The successful candidate will ultimately ensure the smooth operation of ongoing work in the shop. They will make sure that parts are in good condition and arrive on time to meet the deadlines we set for our customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, sort, and organize parts;
- Ensure the quality of parts upon receipt;
- Enter received parts into the computer system and link them to the corresponding repair order;
- Distribute parts to the correct locations in the shop;
- Handle part returns with suppliers;
- Track the receipt of parts and, if necessary, follow up with suppliers and keep the workshop manager informed of their arrival.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of software used in mechanics and auto body repair (an asset);
- Valid driver’s licence;
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in auto body repair (an asset).
