As a Sales Manager, you’re much more than just a manager: you’re the driving force behind our growth and the strategist behind our success.
To give you a better idea of what the role entails, here’s what the Sales Manager position looks like:
Your role as Sales Manager: you’ll be responsible for overall sales performance. You’ll play a key role in strategic planning, team development, and achieving goals. You’ll become a go-to person on-site: a key figure who ensures everything runs smoothly, both in terms of sales and daily operations. Your role will also be to ensure the overall smooth operation of the branch by managing on-site priorities, as well as overseeing the general maintenance of the building and the lot.
You will be expected to:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives;
- Analyze results to optimize sales;
- Mentor, motivate, and develop a team of sales consultants toward excellence;
- Implement concrete action plans to meet and exceed objectives;
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, from initial contact through to delivery;
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the branch;
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of team members;
- Optimize sales processes and ensure compliance with company standards;
- Manage inventory in collaboration with management to maximize sales opportunities;
- Develop business opportunities and actively contribute to the company’s growth;
Working Conditions:
- Work location: 9343 Bourque Blvd., Sherbrooke;
- Duration: full-time;
- Status: permanent;
- Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5 days a week.
Vacation: 2 weeks of vacation, and the real bonus of your position? During the winter holidays, we offer you 4 to 5 weeks of remote work with a reduced workload, so you can fully enjoy your time off (you’ll be able to watch your favorite Christmas movies in peace).
