Pre-Owned Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

As a Pre-Owned Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include:

- Advising customers and closing sales of used vehicles while meeting the dealership’s established profitability, volume, and satisfaction goals;
- Interacting with our customers on various platforms (such as Facebook and Marketplace) to promote and sell our used vehicles.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales;
- A valid driver’s licence;
- A solid understanding of various sales tactics;
- Strong persuasion skills;
- Be bilingual to communicate with English-speaking customers and adequately meet their needs;
- Have very good computer skills;
- Be committed to providing excellent customer service.
