Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Morand Ford Lincoln.

Reporting to the Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager, the incumbent will have exclusive responsibility for all online inquiries and new leads from the used car department.

The tasks listed below are the primary responsibilities of the position. Other related duties may also be assigned as needed.

    • Greet customers, build a relationship of trust, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
    • Help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers in order to clearly identify their needs;
    • Offer test drives to all potential customers. Follow dealership procedures to obtain the appropriate identification from the customer prior to the test drive;
    • Obtain the required information and complete all necessary documents to prepare a transaction;
    • Review and analyze your activities at the end of each day, week, month, and year to organize your schedule more effectively;
    • Use the dealership’s customer tracking system;
    • Assist in marketing vehicles in inventory using various social media platforms, take photos of new arrivals, and post them on our website;
    • Inspect sold vehicles prior to delivery to customers;
    • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure their satisfaction and request referrals.

Competitive compensation package; including a base salary, commission on vehicle sales and F&I profits, compensation on vehicle purchases, and a monthly bonus based on sales volume.

Required experience: Minimum 2 years in automotive sales.
