Job description
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and passionate individual to fill a key role within our after-sales service department.
As a workshop supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical department.
Your ability to communicate effectively, organize workshop operations, and ensure smooth coordination between teams will be essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience. KNOWLEDGE OF THE SERTI (KEYLOOP) SOFTWARE IS ESSENTIAL.
Duties:
- Ensure that all repairs are assigned to technicians in an equitable and fair manner;
- Provide technical support to technicians as needed;
- Ensure that repairs are billed correctly;
- Check the progress of each repair throughout the day;
- Conduct road tests on vehicles to verify the quality of the work performed;
- Verify all documentation, ensure nothing is missing, and that all documents are processed correctly;
- Assist in handling customer complaints in collaboration with your supervisor;
- Monitor the condition of the workshop, including cleanliness, safety, and the condition of equipment. Report any issues to the after-sales service manager or the dealership;
- Ensure the proper maintenance, storage, and inventory of special tools;
- Stay informed about new equipment and tools entering the market and make recommendations regarding purchases;
- Stand in for the technical advisor and workshop dispatcher as needed;
- Attend management meetings, upon invitation;
- Ensure workplace safety;
- Present oneself professionally;
- Perform other duties as needed and as directed by management;
- Stay informed about federal, provincial, and municipal regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety, maintenance work (including hazardous waste disposal), etc., and ensure they are understood and followed.

- 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to noon on Friday;
