Parts Clerk

Kia Complex is looking for a Parts Clerk.

You will have to sell parts to all customers at the counter, through the shop or by phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Helping customers choose parts in an efficient manner and providing high-quality service to internal and external customers (retail and workshop);
- Informing customers about accessory parts and specials;
- Ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of products;
- Answering phone calls and/or emails, providing pricing and other information;
- Ensuring that parts requests are invoiced;
- Ensuring that all customers receive their copy of the invoice;
- Maintaining proper records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts;
- Verifying, on a weekly basis, records of orders to be picked up by or delivered to customers and backorders;
- Replenishing assigned inventory on a daily basis;
- Organizing orders for shipment;
- Labelling parts to be replaced and parts to be recycled according to the manufacturer's policies;
- Keeping informed of new and updated products;
- Assisting in receiving merchandise;
- Participating in the parts department's cleanliness;
- Performing any tasks related to the department's smooth running.

EXPERIENCE:

- 2 years of experience as a Parts Clerk in a related field (an asset).

SKILLS:

- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Good physical health;
- Rigorous and precise;
- Good customer service skills;
- Ability to manage several files at the same time;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Computer skills;
- Autonomy.
