Our Albi Volvo dealership in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts is currently seeking a Service Advisor (maternity leave replacement) to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to identify and determine the repair and maintenance needs of our customers’ vehicles. You will promote maintenance services and schedule work, while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Job requirements:
- Experience in a similar customer service role;
- Vocational diploma in technical advice for vehicle maintenance and repair (a plus);
- Experience in the automotive industry (a significant plus);
- Valid driver’s license.
Working conditions:
- Full-time day shift, Monday to Friday;
