We are looking for top talent, fully licensed, 310S Automotive Technician to join our team at Bolton Ford and lead us to the road to success. 

As a Technician you will.. 

 

• Performs repairs on vehicles as assigned.

• Performs vehicle inspections and assessments including diagnosis issues.

• Documents all work performed to Manufacturer standards and/or recommended on the repair order.

• Ford experience is an asset

• Ensures that customer cars are kept clean.

• Attends all training courses as requested by service management.

• Assists in training and supervising apprentice technicians.

Skills and Qualifications 

 

• Automotive 310S service technician trade certification to meet provincial requirements.

• Maintains all relevant Licences and Qualifications to perform duties.

• Thorough knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures.

• Knowledge of Provincial Safety Standards concerning the performance and area of position responsibility.

• Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.

• Ability to drive manual transmission is an asset.

• Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Must be able to communicate in verbal and written English.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.

• Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Pay: $33-$45/flat rate hr based on experience
