Bilingual Customer Care Representative (Contract Position)

The Bilingual Customer Care Representative (contract position) will manage customer and dealer concerns at our customer contact centre.

Responsibilities will include:
 

• Reading the customer's file in its entirety
• Researching all available systems to determine what steps need to be taken to respond to the customer's concern(s)
• Working with various departments within FCA Canada to ensure the customer's needs are met
• Contacting all necessary parties to gather pertinent information, updating the Case file records as the file progresses, keeping commitments and including details of the final resolution
• Being committed to a team environment with the ability to provide extraordinary service and delivery of creative and resourceful solutions that will ensure the best interest of our customers

The salary range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Basic Qualifications:
 

• Must be Bilingual (English/French)
• College Diploma preferred
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
• Must be Team oriented, self-motivated and customer focused
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Technically oriented and dedicated to providing first rate customer service
