Service Advisor

Lallier Kia in Laval is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join its dynamic team of after-sales service professionals.

Job summary:

The incumbent welcomes customers, gathers the necessary information to identify and define their needs for vehicle maintenance and repairs, opens repair orders, provides repair cost estimates while clearly explaining the work to be performed, monitors work in progress, and closes repair orders.

The candidate, who must be bilingual, must have experience as a technical advisor at a dealership. They must also possess the following qualities:

- Strong sales skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Solid technical knowledge;
- Impeccable customer service.
In addition, this person must enjoy teamwork, be meticulous in their work, and demonstrate a consistently positive and professional attitude to provide impeccable customer service at all times.

Experience with Serti software is preferred.
