Assistant to Sales Advisor — Premium Client Experience

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to support a Sales Advisor in an environment where service excellence and attention to detail make all the difference.

This role is ideal for a professional, proactive individual who is committed to delivering a client experience aligned with a prestige brand.

Your Role:

Working closely with the Sales Advisor, you will be involved at every stage of the client journey:

- Welcome and assist clients during test drives;
- Ensure vehicle deliveries are presented in a polished and thorough manner;
- Respond to technical questions with confidence and clarity;
- Provide strong administrative support to ensure accurate and seamless file follow-up.

Profile:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills;
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and highly organized;
- Strong interest in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of the BMW brand (an asset);
- Ability to work under pressure.
