Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Planner, Marketing Operations, Cost & Incentives to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

The incumbent will support the management of the administrative and IS functions within the Marketing Operations Department for both Nissan and INFINITI brands and report to the Senior Planner, Marketing Operations.

A Day in the Life: 
 

  • Provide daily support to dealers/field staff/other Nissan Canada (NCI) groups in regard to system related issues (Dealer Resource System (DRS), Vehicle Incentives Management System (VIMS)), payments, loyalty, monthly incentives programs, accruals, and website support.
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly accrual workbook for costing and finance to review.
  • Handle all dealer requests in DRS/group mailbox and manage and review all policy exception request submitted by field staff.
  • Support on major IS projects to enhance existing systems (DRS/VIMS) and act as the contact between business and IS team.
  • Provide monthly/periodic dealer training on NCI policies, practices and system (DRS/VIMS) usage.
  • Manage, analyze and enhance existing financial processes and policies. Leads and organizes development of uniform methodologies, assumptions and policies.
  • Work with Senior Planner of Vehicle Incentives department and Finance regarding external and internal audit request on quarterly or annual basis.


Who We're Looking for: 
 

  • Sales and business management degree or equivalent experience with strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in the automotive industry preferably with dealer operation experience. Previous experience in a Incentives Management role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills are required. Bilingual (French) is an asset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Advocacy, coaching, motivating, collaboration, diplomacy, effective listening, moderation, negotiation and presentation skills in establishing/communicating plans and programs to sales team and management.
  • MVR required.
  • Must be Eligible to work in Canada, as NCI does not provide any sponsorships.

Salary Range:
$77,711.00 - $96,034.00
This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee's base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee's unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
