Journeyman Body Shop Technician - Destination Toyota Burnaby

What you'll be doing:
 

• Repairing collision damaged vehicles in accordance with company standards and quality expectations
• Performing body, frame, structural, and mechanical repairs following manufacturer and industry-approved procedures to ensure safety, structural integrity, and longevity of repairs.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting hidden, unrelated, and otherwise undocumented damage accurately and thoroughly
• Documenting all work performed and recommended repairs on repair orders and estimate documentation
• Delivering consistently high-quality workmanship to support customer satisfaction and uphold vehicle safety standards

 
What we need from you:
 

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Red Seal Journeyman Bodyshop Technician
• Have a valid British Columbia driver's license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a high-production environment
• A strong commitment to following company policies, procedures, and operational processes
• Strict adherence to repair procedures in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications
• Must follow repair processes in accordance with company and manufacturers specifications
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment (Wedge Clamp, Car-O-Liner, ProSpot, etc.) considered an asset
• Knowledge of Honda, Toyota, Mazda vehicle platforms considered an asset
