Liaison Agent (body shop)

Primary Responsibilities:
    • Responsible of the liaison with appraisers
    • Provide administrative support and customer service for the body shop
    • Complete vehicle rental contracts according to the established procedure
    • Handle complaints from clients with effectiveness and inform the managers of all the problems
    • Filing of documents, invoices and records
