Sales Consultant – Pre-Owned Vehicles

We are looking for Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultants for our dealership in the Laurentians!

Our automotive group is seeking a highly experienced, distinguished candidate with a polished professional appearance to fill a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultants position.

Job summary:

The incumbent supports, guides, and advises customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional sales skills, generating results that exceed industry standards. The incumbent must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be bilingual, punctual, highly organized, and skilled at dealing with customers. The sales consultant must also be self-motivated, able to work in a team, perform well in a competitive environment, and be committed to providing superior customer service.

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, the primary responsibilities include:

- Complete training during the probationary period;
- Greet customers and build a relationship of trust;
- Help customers choose a vehicle based on their needs;
- Explain product performance, functionality, and benefits to customers;
- Offer test drives to all customers;
- Follow up with customers;
- Conduct structured follow-ups;
- Obtain the required information and complete all necessary documents for vehicle preparation;
- Stay up to date on new product features, specifications, accessories, and their benefits;
- Perform any other duties related to the position.

Requirements:

- Highly autonomous;
- Proactive;
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and Serti (a plus);
- Hardworking and diligent;

- Very energetic and persistent.
