The Opportunity:

As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will serve as a trusted ambassador of the Ferrari marque, guiding clients through a bespoke ownership journey defined by elegance, expertise, and impeccable service. From the first introduction to the final delivery, you will ensure that each experience is seamless, elevated, and worthy of the Ferrari name.

Your Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients with polish, warmth, and absolute professionalism
- Create a tailored and highly personalized purchasing experience for a discerning clientele
- Present Ferrari vehicles with confidence and nuance, highlighting performance, craftsmanship, design, and heritage
- Manage the full sales and leasing process with precision, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail
- Explain financial elements such as equity, residual value, and depreciation with clarity and assurance
- Work closely with finance, service, and delivery teams to maintain a flawless client journey at every stage
- Uphold the level of refinement, presentation, and discipline expected in an ultra-luxury environment

The Profile:

- Proven success in luxury sales, private client services, fine art, hospitality, or another high-touch environment
- Previous experience in luxury automotive sales is considered a strong asset
- Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable
- An intuitive understanding of discretion, relationship management, and elevated service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust
- A polished, composed, and refined professional presence
