Automotive Service Advisor - No Experience Required

What a Day Looks Like (The Real Duties) 

• Meet every customer with a smile and genuinely listen while they describe what's happing with their vehicle
• Translate technician findings into simple, honest language and give accurate repair estimates
• Recommend the right maintenance and repairs (without pressure selling) so customers leave knowing their car is safe
• Handle appointments, digital service orders, and warranty paperwork
• Make follow up calls and turn one-time customers into lifelong ones
• Keep the service drive moving smoothly even when its busy

You'll be the bridge between the customer and the shop - the face, the voice, and the heartbeat of the service department.
