We’re looking for someone who’s dynamic, cheerful, and super organized to help us shine in front of our customers, whom we truly love!

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
    • Answering calls and greeting customers at the counter with the smile and energy that make all the difference;
    • Advising like a pro: finding THE right part or the perfect accessory, quickly and efficiently;
    • Making retail and wholesale sales—and yes, we love it when you turn a simple request into a win-win sale for everyone!;
    • Provide super-fast and super-courteous service, even when things get busy at the counter;
    • Keep inventory organized, clean, and up-to-date—you’re the stock guardian;
    • Work closely with the service, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure nothing ever gets in the way;

You’re probably the person we’re looking for if:

    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in auto parts (dealer, wholesaler, or service center);
    • Excellent knowledge of parts and accessories (GM a big plus, but not required);
    • A natural talent for customer service: listening, smiling, and providing quick solutions;
    • Ability to stay calm and perform well when things get busy;
    • Comfortable using a computer and inventory system (we’ll train you on ours if needed)
    • Functional English (a major asset with our diverse clientele)
