The job involves:

- Repairing or replacing defective components or parts using hand or power tools;
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, and tune-ups;
- Conducting test drives to confirm understanding of the vehicle’s issue;
- Informing Service Advisors of the work performed, the general condition of the vehicles, and repairs that should be done in the future;
- Participate in training to continuously develop new skills.
